Why Build Beyond

Our ministry and campus have grown, and with greater impact on the horizon, we recognize it is time to "Build Beyond" our current facilities. This planned property expansion will create the space we need to welcome and equip the many people God is sending to us as they respond to His call.

Right now, we can house 300 students and host 10 short-term teams each year. But God is doing something extraordinary here! We have a bold vision: to train 5,000 students annually, send missionaries to every corner of the globe, and impact our own city with the love of Jesus.

The Project

Phase 0 focused on acquiring five adjacent properties, laying the foundation for the exciting expansion ahead. Now, Phases 1 to 5 will focus on building step by step—developing the facilities and spaces needed to equip, train, and send more missionaries than ever before.

Our future campus will feature:

  • Multi-story buildings providing over 1,300 beds for students, teams, families, guests, and staff

  • Parking facilities for staff, students, and visitors

  • Common areas for fellowship, rest, and community growth

  • Offices and classrooms for administration and training

  • Dedicated dining and worship spaces

  • 3 to 4 retail spaces serving the campus and surrounding community

  • Facilities designed to equip and mobilize thousands of students and missionaries annually

With these expanded facilities, we will be able to accommodate the growing number of students, short-term teams, and guests God is bringing our way—creating an environment where lives are transformed and the Gospel is carried to the nations.

Total Budget

$17.94 million USD

Phase 0 – Land Acquisition:

We have already acquired 5 adjacent lots for our campus expansion. We now have $550k USD remaining to complete the final payments and fully secure the properties for the vision God has placed before us.

Phase 1 – Multi-Story Accommodation Building

Phase 1 will see the construction of a 10-story building designed to meet the growing housing needs of our students, teams, and staff. -  $4.62 million USD

Phase 2 – Dining & Worship

Phase 2 will focus on creating spaces where community, worship, and learning come together. -$3.14 million USD

 

 

Phase 3 – Student & Team Housing Building

Phase 3 will involve the construction of a 9-story building designed to significantly expand our accommodation capacity. - $2.1 million USD

Phase 4 – Expanded Student Housing

Phase 4 will involve the construction of a 9-story building designed to significantly increase our housing capacity, providing 400 student beds along with common spaces for fellowship, rest, and growth.- $3,67 million USD

Phase 5 – Comprehensive Facility Expansion

Phase 5 will feature the construction of an 8-story building hat includes 250 student and team beds, offices and classrooms for ministry administration and training, 3 to 4 retail spaces serving the campus and community. - $3,82 million USD

Why our mission matters

Build Beyond isn’t just about expanding a campus—it’s about building relationships and impacting generations. We are committed to helping people grow first in their relationship with God—bringing personal transformation—and then in their relationships with others, impacting families and changing nations.
Through our training programs and ministries, God has enabled us to:

  • Build over 300 homes for families in need

  • Bring the Gospel to more than 40 nations

  • Launch a medical ship, The Amazing Grace, to bring hope and healing

Every day, lives are being transformed—and the ripple effect reaches far beyond our walls. Together, we can equip even more people to bring the love of Jesus to the nations.

We exist to see hearts transformed and to draw people into a deeper relationship with God the Father. Every year, thousands of young people come to be trained, equipped, and then sent out into the world to share the Good News. Each quarter, our teams return with powerful stories of lives changed and communities transformed.
 
When people are trained and mobilized into missions, the impact goes far beyond their own personal growth—it shifts the perspective of everyone around them. During their training, we partner with local ministries to bring hope, joy, healing, and to strengthen communities in their faith.
 
The dorm rooms and classrooms we build are more than buildings—they are launching pads for transformed lives. The more space we create, the more people we can equip, and the greater the impact we can have on the world.
