Dori, Ikaika & Koa Family in Mazatlan!

Well, it's only eight days until our family arrives. They will be visiting over the next five weeks. Dori's family will be here for two weeks and Ikaika's family for three weeks. We are so excited that Luke, Dori's younger brother, and Suzi, Ikaika's mom are coming for the first time to Mazatlan. Dori's parents and younger sister Callie are also coming, as well as one of Ikaika's aunties. We are looking forward to hanging with the family and showing them around the city. Eddie and Kelly Vargas Carnaval Outreach 2010

This year Carnaval Outreach preparations began the beginning of February, but in reality, preparations started long before that. People came from diiferent parts of Mexico, the USA, Canada, Australia, Holland, Germany, England, Belgium and many other places to serve. There were about 100 people staying at the YWAM base.


The main outreach teams were Evangelism, Intercession, Beauty Salon, Cafe, and Kid's Ministry.

Dori, Ikaika & Koa Carnaval 2010...

Well, Carnaval officially starts on the 11th, but we will begin our preparations Monday the 8th. We will be running our cafe and beauty salon ministries, as well as running Remnant skate competitions. YWAM Maz Latest News Hope for Haiti

In light of everything that has been going on in Haiti after the earthquake, Haiti has truly been on our hearts. After the hurricanes there in 2008, we sent an outreach team to work with the YWAM bases in the country. They had the opportunity to serve the YWAMers and Haitian people, help with hurricane relief work, and make lasting connections with the people of Haiti. YWAM Maz Latest News Carnaval 2010!

Well, Carnaval is just around the corner and we are getting pumped for another year of celebrating God's love by reaching out to all the party-goers of Mazatlan's annual Carnaval. YWAM Maz Latest News Mexico City Outreach

The outreach team in Mexico City has been busy reaching out to the masses in bold and relevant ways. YWAM Mazatlan needs to see about $250,000 USD worth of breakthrough by March 15th, when we need to make our final payment on the property.
