About Me:

JANUARY DTS 2009!! This school runs from January 5 – June 19, 2009. It is a hugely international school with people from Holland, France, Sweden, Mexico, the UK/South Africa, Canada, and the US. Part of their calling is to be salt and light to the nations and spread the gospel everywhere they go. They are a gutsy group, full of strong leaders and young, totally on fire and crazy for God, men and women! They go for the gold and persevere through everything that comes their way. They encompass exactly what a DTS is all about: knowing God more and making Him known to the world! Check here for updates on how the school's going, what they're learning, and what's coming next. You're not going to want to miss out on all of these guys' adventures around the world!!!!

Jan DTS 09 Graduation

The students and staff returned from outreach on Wednesday, June 10. It was a cool time for the different teams to reunite and begin the last week of DTS, which was a bit different than normal. Our main goal for this outreach was Mexico City; the second largest city in the world. We had plans of working in prisons, schools, and doing evangelism. However, after only one day of out… Continue

During our time there we worked with refugees from India, Nepal and North Africa, we did a children’s program with a Nepalese church, we went on prayer walks and did friendship evangelism in the parks a… Continue

Brazil Team 2009

Our time in Brazil was marked by the unexpected and change. Whether it was unexpected quarantine due to the swine flue or the daily change of our schedule, we definitely reached our number one goal of hearing the voice of God and allowing Him to guide our every step. Many times in new bases and places we were called upon to lead t… Continue

Week 9: Prophetic Worship - March 2-6

After Carnaval, it was very renewing to enter into an environment of making music and receiving lyrics from God about Himself, us, and His Kingdom.
God has broken the barriers to worshiping Him and is bringing prophetic and encouraging music to us! One of the DTS staff said, "Personally, God amazed me and gave me the lyric of a prophetic song for my town and people, which filled me with joy and hope for them!"
