Because we value community, we choose to not only work together, but also have a commitment to eat, socialize and play together. We believe that we are people called together from different Nations who work together as friends. We are a respecter of all different cultures.

We also believe that we are called to challenge and disciple one another in the Lord. So not just staff and students, but peer to peer as well, you will see an attitude of encouragement and exhortation to do everything with excellence and integrity.
