YWAM Mexico - Mazatlan was founded in July 2004 by a small team from YWAM Australia.

Our mission…
YWAM Mazatlan, located in Mexico, is an international Christian missions center dedicated to providing young people from all over the world with opportunities to serve Mazatlan, Mexico and the nations. Our training schools and mercy and outreach programs provide short and long term experiences that transform the hearts and minds of individuals and communities. We model a lifestyle that inspires and challenges the generations to realize and fulfill their purpose through hearing and knowing God.

We are passionate about taking risks for God and determined to 'arm a dangerous generation'.

Here at Ywam Mazatlan we focus on three key areas: Training, Mercy and Evangelism.

Discipleship Training Schools (DTS)

Our Discipleship Training Schools (DTS) are designed to lay a solid foundation of knowing God and encourage creativity in making Him known. Our students leave with a greater depth of who God is and new appreciation of cultures and missions. Read more here

Our Mercy ministries meet people's needs on a very real and practical level. From passing out coffee, giving away clothes to building homes for the poor, we demonstrate the love of God in relevant ways. Read more here

Home of Hope Two weeks ago they came and set the new record time for building a house with Homes of Hope Mazatlan. The build took them just over two days time. "We had a really good start"  ... Mexico City! The giant population is numbing. Questions come to the mind. Where to start? How can we influence change in such a massive place? For a split second we see our flesh, our weakness.  ... Are you ready to be armed and dangerous ... for God? The Discipleship Training School can be looked at as a challenge from God. What's the challenge? To know God, more deeply, and to make Him known. During your DTS you'll have an opportunity to do both. DTS is an integrated approach to learning.
